Hi, we may already have met but I’m Tobie and I love being the very best pharmacist I can be! That’s why I travel regularly to attend pharmaceutical congresses and I’m constantly learning about what’s new and what’s best for you and your family’s health.

You’re welcome to send your prescription to us via our “Ask a Pharmacist / Send your script” option or WhatsApp. If you’re unsure what to send, don’t worry—message us and we’ll guide you step-by-step so you feel confident and supported.

Yes. Send us the medicine name (or a photo of the label) and, if you have it, your prescription details. If anything is missing, we’ll let you know kindly and help you get it sorted as quickly as possible.

Yes, we do offer deliveries, and prescription deliveries are free of charge in selected areas. If you’re not sure whether your address qualifies, just send us your suburb/location and we’ll confirm quickly.  

We’re open Monday to Sunday, 8am to 10pm, and we’re open on public holidays except 25 December. If you’re planning a visit and want to double-check before travelling, please contact us and we’ll gladly confirm.  

Absolutely. If you’re feeling unsure or anxious, you’re not alone—and we’re here to help. Share what you’re experiencing (and any medication you’re taking), and we’ll give you caring guidance and let you know when you should see a doctor urgently.

 

Yes. We charge medical aid rates, and we can assist with claims in line with your scheme’s rules. If something doesn’t go through immediately, we’ll explain what happened in plain language and help you with the next step. 

Yes, we can often assist where possible with chronic authorisations and medical aid queries. If you send us the medication details and your medical aid information, we’ll guide you on what’s needed and help reduce the admin burden on you.  

In many cases, yes. Generic medicines are regulated and contain the same active ingredient. If you have a preference (brand vs generic), tell us—your comfort matters. We’ll also check suitability and explain any differences so you can make an informed choice.

Yes. If you show us a valid advertised price on an item we stock, we will match the advertised price. If you’re not sure whether an advert qualifies, bring it or send it to us—we’ll check it with you respectfully and fairly. 

Please don’t panic—these mistakes happen. Contact us as soon as possible and tell us what you took, how much, and when. We’ll guide you on the safest next step. If there are any red flags, we’ll advise urgent medical care immediately.
